Jareth the king of the goblins, in human guise. I've noticed that Jareth in many fanfics, where he finds it necessary to take human form, most of the time uses the lastname "King"... (My, I wonder why...?)
This particular "Mr. King" is very much inspired by and based on Jareth in Paisley Rose's story Crystal Dreams, especially after seeing the picture of the Garrett King doll she's made (it's really cool by the way!).
I forgot the smoked glasses...darn.
I sketched, inked, scanned and slapped some shading and highlighting on it.

I saw this image and immediately thought of Garrett King and was excited to see a fellow apperciator of Paisley Rose's work! Great job. This really matched the Garrett in my head.
